This is an interesting find from an estate sale. It feels like foam that was hand carved and then painted in the shape of the American Bald Eagle & Motto. The details are actually FANTASTIC! It would be awesome in a man cave or garage. This is ABSOLUTELY A ONE OF A KIND PIECE! There is no hanger on it, but that would be easy add.
