(1) 1/2” HSS Annular Cutter. (1) Annular cutter holder to drill adapter. (1). 30 cal cutter pilot (all 30 cal bores, 30-06, 7.62mm. 308, etc). The cutter should be ran VERY slowly (200RPM Max) and lubricated constantly.
