It is used. It will require some cleaning. It has a sticky residue on it. I can't seem to figure out how to get it off. Please keep that in mind if you decide to buy this. I don't have the battery compartment lid for this. Beyond that, everything seems to work fine. I know what this is, but I am not qualified in its full functionality. All of the buttons responded when I pushed them. I have no control over shipping cost. If ever any issues, I'm only a message away.
