Paranco a catena a leva Harrington 3 tonnellate (modello LB030) NO CATENA INCLUSA
No chain to test with so i will not try to say what kind of shape its in. The gears opposite the lever are intact (pictured) and the up/down switch seems to work fine but the ratchet does not work.
