Literally used once. Purchased to test whether the charger that came with the bike was the issue (it was not, it was a broken cable in my bike) Plugged in for less than 1’ of its total life. Box has a small tear. Comes with manual. Basically brand new. UL 1012, UL 1310, UL 60950-1, or UL 62368-1 certified.
