Please note before buying that parts are listed untested .they are vintage and used and benefit from a clean and Polish up so listed use or restore ..wheels turn freely .this came off a 3 speed tandem bike .not sure of exact age but think 1936 going by the Williams crank that came off it …we think it may be a trivelox cyclo derailleur but not 100% sure as no makers name .i have taken a lot of photos .please study all photos before buying and note its untested parts to use or restore
