PLEASE READ - collar charges up but is connected to someone else’s dog/phone number. Cannot figure out how to disconnect. Collar works but has someone else info. Box is damaged on the outside. Collar is lightly used and flags/etc are all unused and new. Missing the power cord. Please see photos! This is generation 1. Spot On has obsoleted this collar and no longer supports 3G phone connections. The collar will no longer do the optional live tracking they offered with subscription. GPS Containment works fine. Also, the current APP does not work with this collar.
