Size 5Y is women's size 6.5 - my wife wore these casually a few times. She has way too many shoes. (VIP status at Designer Shoe Warehouse). Red shoelaces are original laces - blue and yellow will be included. Other than a little dirt on soles they look brand new. Pretty sweet looking. Non-smoking household.
