Purchased a few years because of a situation where we needed more sensors and the place we purchase from didn’t have any, so had to buy this system just for them. Base station, keypad and motion all still have plastic wrap (don’t think the extender had any). Comes with User Guide and Important Product Information pamphlets as well as a ring sticker. Just watched a set up tutorial online, seems like a relatively easy set up. You WILL need to purchase sensors if you want to monitor your doors and windows. You will be responsible for set up and monitoring. Appreciate you taking the time to read!
