Powers up. Cosmetic condition is excellent, the mic screen has damage. If you press any button it doesn't move. If you hold a button half way down, it operates but not correctly (audio suuuuuper warbled, etc). Speaker functions. It had a small plastic piece (pictured) rattling around in it. I will ship that in a bag inside the battery compartment.
