10-Disc 3M 24281 - Scotch-Brite 3" X 3/8" 120 Grit Radial Bristle Disc. Ceramic Abrasive Grain and molded, flexible bristles. The abrasive is contained in the plastic material so as the disc wears down it constantly exposes new abrasive. These discs cut very consistent at the rated grit and they last a long time.
