Overall stem is in pretty good Survivor condition. It does have some scrapes and some scratches as shown but it’s not beat or abused. Stamp looks good. These came originally on the 80s GT scooters but stem can be used on a build of your choice. As is a good stem again to use as is or a nice one as well to refinish back to show quality.
