Minor wear/scuffing. Tested and works. Music/alarm doesn't seem to loud but that could be by design (small speaker or old technology). Some tiny debris appears to have crept in the front panel as shown. Given light cleaning. Signs of previous use or storage may be present. Condition can be seen in photos
