This is a new sealed 1TB Samsung 870 QVO Samsung SSD that is a solid performer and still a great upgrade for older systems incompatible with NVMe. You'll see the price continue to rise on these 2.5" SATA SSDs mainly because they are becoming a low-volume niche product while overall SSD component costs have been rising again.
