This came with a new pc. Item was opened just to initiate setup of the new pc. I use a wireless keyboard and mouse and they wouldn't register until I used this mouse and keyboard upon startup. Keyboard and mouse are like brand new, only used 1 time for less than 5 minutes and packed back up.
