Does not include trays. A few minor scratches/scuffs (please review photos) but in good working condition. Includes power supply and brand new 6ft USB cable for it. Tested and works great. To use, with the scanner unplugged first install the official Epson software from their website on your computer. Once software is fully installed plug in power cable and usb cable to computer and turn it on using the switch on the side. Thanks, Mike.
