Early 20th Century cloth Prince Albert tobacco banner. Measuring a great size at 29” x 58”. Colors are still extremely bright, there is some staining but no rips or tears. Makers mark is present - made by Sweeny Litho Co Inc Belleville NJ. It is very possible that the stains could be removed by proper cleaning, but I have not attempted to clean.
