This is an open box, with original packaging included. Unsure if it has been used. I plugged this in, it turns on, door functions smoothly. The remote responds to the unit. It includes the original remote and the original instructions. Please note no batteries are included in the remote. You will need two AA batteries. Please note this unit will be considered untested as I am not able to test the full function of this. It does have a ?blank memories dvd in the drawer.
