The console itself works great and had the thermal paste replaced about 3 years ago. I barely played it after that bc I got a ps5. Does not come with a controller. It comes with the hdmi cord and power cord and controller mic. It comes with the ps4 and ps4 pro blue booklet. It comes with not the ps4pro box but a regular ps4 box. Console is clean. Runs nice and quiet. Ships out next day
