I have never attempted to power these units on. I have no reason to believe they work and no reason to believe they don’t work. It could go either way. I don’t know why there’s tape on the back of the camera - I’m leaving everything the way that I found it so as not to disturb anything. I am open to offers - low ballers welcome - Thank you
