Bracket has 6 mounting holes for the wheel because its universal but you only mount the wheel by just 3 bolts. The wheel is mounted by 3 bolts for the bracket. - Includes all the Stainless Steel bolts needed for installation and large Stainless Steel washers (Flat bars).
