JVC DR-MV7SU VCR DVD Recorder Combo This is a nice hdmi/1080 upscaling unit - the vcr side works great but unfortunately the dvd does not - I opened it up, hoping that cleaning the laser would fix it - discs spin & laser moved trying to read the disc. Makes an intermittent sound while trying to read the disc. It is unfortunately beyond my scope of knowledge, so hopefully someone else can fix it.
