The item is brand new. I worked with Donald Farmer on some of his films. and I had an extra copy of Scream Dream it was opened to have him sign it. The slip was mailed to Melissa Moore the star of the film who also signed. The Disc has never been removed from case and the DVD has been put in a cellophane protector was put over it and that was put in a DVD protector case.
