Netgear N600 Adattatore USB wireless dual band (WNDA3100), non testato

I found there's adaptor and NETGEAR wireless dongle in a bag of leads. I've plugged it into the computer and the light comes on but I can't seem to find it so I think it needs to setting up which are unfortunately I don't know how to do so selling as parts.
