Works fine charges well no brakes or cracks lightly used. Do not see any issues on the outside of the phone. This phone does need to be professionally reset do not have the password to unlock it to do a hard reset. Sold as a parts piece because of this again this model does have to be reset to completely wipe it and start over 64 GB memory storage just played with us for about 30 minutes. The battery seem to hold a good charge very lightly used will ship secure and quickly.
