You are buying one 32 pin chip containing the latest Daystar firmware version 4.11 for the Turbo 040 accelerator. This supposedly improves compatibility and performance as well as can repair dead cards where its firmware has become corrupt. You should use a IC removal tool or be very careful swapping these chips so you don’t damage your socket or any pins on the chip. Also, please make sure you install in the correct orientation.
