Bryant & May's Motor Match Tin Box believed to be from around 1910. A similar tin box was used on the Australasian Antarctic Expedition 1911-14. The exterior of the lid is inscribed with the creator's label and the product's description: 'Bryant and May's Motor Match for motor cars, launches, yachts &C., will flame for 20 seconds and keep alight in the strongest wind.'
