In over all fair condition. Front cover in overall good condition showing the gold award emblem. Back cover fair with creased corners as shown in pictures. The spine is fair with a crease down the centre and has a little sun damage. The pages have some corner folding as such and a few small tares. Top corner has a hole in the pages (see pictures). Small patch of staining to top of book which disappears by page 11 (see pictures)
