Vintage Unbranded handlebars w/blue vintage bar tape+GB Stem+Weinmann Levers. Bar tape has a small crack and a few tears on the drive side. Non drive side has a spot where the bar shows through, could probably be re-wrapped. Stem is 90 mm length, 22.2 insertion. Quill bolt has some signs of hammering, some tarnishing on stem insert.
