Powers on but won’t brew coffee or self clean. The blue indicator light comes on but no coffee will brew. The warming pad does not get hot either. I’m not sure what is wrong and don’t know how to fix it. Carafe is included. Missing the manual (can be found online) and original box. Sold as is, no returns.
