Don't know anything about it. Appears very clean and unused, I don't know for certain, however the plastic wrap was slightly opened on one side, couldn't pull it out easy as the plastic wasn't torn open all the way, and I didn't want to tug on it and disturb anything at all so I left everything "as-is".
